Terms of Service

By using TeddyShield, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services. These Terms follow Danish & EU law and apply to all users.

TeddyShield provides anti-cheat and staff tools for FiveM servers including:

• Player reputation tracking
• Cheat detection
• Cross-server ban synchronization
• Player lookup tools

We may update, pause, or stop services with reasonable notice when possible.

You are responsible for:

• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Using the service legally and fairly

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Harass others using our services
• Submit false reports or manipulate data
• Share your account with others
• Use bots or automated tools without permission
• Resell our services without authorization
• Interfere with service operations

Breaking these rules may get your account terminated.

What we do: Charge monthly or lifetime subscription fees

What you agree to: Pay on time. All payments are final and non-refundable, except when required by applicable law.

Discounts: We may offer discounts or promotions from time to time. The discount period starts from the moment the offer message is sent and ends on the specified end date. We are not responsible if you miss the discount period.

What may happen: Failed payments = service suspension, price changes with 30 days notice

We may:

• Terminate or ban your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice
• Update these Terms (with notice)
• Modify or discontinue features
• Refuse service to anyone
• Remove content that violates rules

Disclaimer: Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties

Liability: We're not liable for indirect damages or losses. Total liability limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Governing law: Danish law applies. Disputes go to Copenhagen City Court.

Consumer rights: Your statutory consumer rights under Danish law aren't affected.

Abuse of legal process: If you misuse legal procedures, make false claims, or abuse consumer protection laws (including but not limited to fraudulent chargebacks, fake refund requests, or bad-faith legal threats), we reserve the right to report you to relevant authorities, pursue legal action, and claim damages for losses incurred.

We can: Change these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes

You can: Stop using the service anytime

We can: Suspend or terminate your account if you break rules
